Shipping policy

At MattressFirm, we are committed to providing a clear, reliable, and transparent shipping experience for customers in the United States.

Shipping Destination: We currently ship exclusively to the United States. Orders for delivery outside the US will not be processed.

Shipping Costs: We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden shipping fees or minimum order requirements.

We ship mattresses and related sleep products across the United States.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling)

Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Central Time). Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time (Transit)

Time: 4–6 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Carrier: FedEx

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 Business Days

Delivery estimates may vary due to destination, product availability, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

We provide tracking for shipped orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive or be provided a tracking number that can be used to monitor delivery status.

Duties and Taxes

For customers in the United States, we do not charge additional import duties at delivery. Any legally applicable sales tax, if required, will be displayed or handled according to applicable law.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed significantly beyond the estimated delivery time, contact support@mattressfirm.shop. We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.
